Neo announced it is a Silver Sponsor at GM Vietnam 2025, Vietnam’s premier blockchain and Web3 conference, to be held in Hanoi on Aug. 1-2. The event will feature more than 200 speakers and over 100 unique sessions covering DeFi, GameFi, AI-blockchain integrations, real-world asset tokenization, zero-knowledge systems, and more. GM Vietnam anticipates that more than 12,000 attendees will join the event.

MEXC completed the NEO token migration from Neo Legacy to Neo N3. MEXC no longer supports token deposits or swaps for Legacy NEO tokens.

SpoonOS kicked off Developer Call Season-1, an open initiative inviting builders to explore and extend the SpoonOS agentic infrastructure. Five projects were approved in the first wave, including OEN.ai’s AI arbitrage system for fragmented DEX liquidity, a Token Alpha Finder agent for early token discovery, and BuidlLand’s unified MCP server for AI-ready crypto market data. Additional projects feature a DeFi risk assessment tool to verify social trading signals and a bridge monitor agent for optimizing cross-chain transfers and arbitrage.

SpoonOS announced a new partnership with Fluence, a decentralized compute platform operating over 10,000 global nodes. This integration allows developers building on SpoonOS to access scalable, cost-efficient infrastructure for deploying and running AI agents, without the need for complex DevOps. With on-demand virtual servers, global reach, and seamless integration into the SpoonOS stack, the collaboration marks a key step toward enabling a fully decentralized, self-evolving AI ecosystem.

Flamingo Finance released its roadmap for the second half of 2025, introducing key upgrades across trading, governance, and cross-chain functionality. Highlights include the ability to use LP tokens as collateral for FUSD loans, expanded FUSD trading pairs, and a new version of Convert for seamless token swaps. The platform is also rolling out DAO governance, a JavaScript developer library, and THE FLOCK, an exclusive community hub for holders. Additionally, Flamingo Finance noted that Epoch 14 concluded, that the total payout was US $5,589.55, and 91,679 FLM were burned. Finally, Flamingo Finance warned that some users are receiving emails about “FLOCKS distributions,” and reiterated that the team will never distribute any tokens via email.

nDapp and GasBot received a series of updates in recent months, including key integrations and new features that expand functionality across the Neo ecosystem. In April, nDapp added support for connecting Neo X wallets, enabling users to interact directly with Neo X-based applications. In June, the service re-enabled swap functionality from the tokens page using Flamingo Finance’s Swap OrderBook v2. nDapp has also launched its interface for the Neo Native Bridge between Neo X and Neo N3. And, GasBot introduced a protected giveaway feature in late March. The feature allows users to host invite-only giveaways using auto-generated secret access codes, improving control and privacy for reward distribution.

NeoDashboard burned 63,176.41 NDMEME tokens from the total supply.

Frank Coin hosted a streaming session on the team’s Kick account, which showcased the game World of Elements and distributed GAS to viewers.

Developer Updates

NeoSPCC released NeoFS S3 Gateway v0.39.0, which introduced a logger sampling configuration option, updated a set of dependent libraries, and fixed unversioned bucket tag handling.
