Neo established a strategic cooperation with ChainGPT, a blockchain-focused AI platform designed to empower users with tools that blend AI and Web3.
SpoonOS gave an update on Developer Call Season 1, including approved 10 proposal reviews for the second week of the month-long event that concludes at the end of July. Highlights include athl3te, a Web3 AI fitness platform addressing data fragmentation and on-chain incentives; EventFlow, a serverless Python framework for prediction markets; and Breaking Centralized Scoring, a decentralized, multi-agent content annotation system. Other standout entries feature RAG Knowledge Bot for AI-powered documentation assistance, Whale Wallet Intelligence Agent for tracking large crypto movements, and OpenQuant, a modular quant strategy marketplace. Additional projects include SpoonPoker DAO, a GameFi Texas Hold’em platform with ZK-backed fairness and NFT rewards; SMCP Server Builder, which automates secure TEE-hosted MCP deployment; Smart Audit Assistant, offering AI-driven Solidity security feedback; and NeoLink Chat, a WhatsApp-native agent for real-time Neo blockchain insights.
SpoonOS hosted the first episode of the AI Co-Learning Program, titled LLM Inference and Reasoning. The guest was Zhou Fijian, a PhD in Computer Science at the National University of Singapore. Participants had the chance to win US $200 in GAS and OpenRouter API Keys. The co-learning program is designed to engage participants in AI programming topics and techniques. It will feature a series of live-streamed sessions over the coming weeks, giving attendees the opportunity to learn directly from AI professionals while completing practical assignments to reinforce their knowledge.
SpoonOS announced a collaboration with HeLa, an L1 blockchain platform designed to integrate AI capabilities with built-in financial yield features. Its key features include a modular architecture, AI optimization and native yields, EVM compatibility, and a native stablecoin.
SpoonOS integrated support for Desearch API, which will enable developers to build AI agents with verifiable access to real-time open web feeds such as X, Reddit, Wikipedia, and more.
GrantShares witnessed the approval of NeoDashboard’s proposal, NDStake, with five votes in favor and one in abstention (the NDMEME team themselves). The funding will support the ability for NEP-17 tokens to “stake” their tokens into a wrapped bNEO contract and earn GAS. The 2,100 GAS was released to the team on July 21.
GrantShares witnessed the introduction and discussion of a new proposal, Innovation Fork Crowdfunding Platform, which is seeking funding to build a decentralized fundraising platform on the Neo N3 blockchain in a piecemeal fashion.
Flamingo Finance noted that Epoch 15 concluded, that the total payout was $5,165.84, and 211,087 FLM were burned.
War on Bugs received an update to the Neo ecosystem game, which included changes to the shooter game, new perks, and bug fixes. Additionally, War on Bugs released a changelog of updates consisting of a crossover with the FRANK token and World of Elements, level selection changes, and performance improvements to maze generation.
Frank Coin hosted a GasBot trivia contest on the FrankCoin channel of the NeoF1 Discord server and distributed 3 GAS in rewards to participants.
Developer Updates
Neo SPCC released dBFT v0.4.0, which will be integrated into the NeoGo client for the Neo N3 blockchain. The release includes dynamic block times, an extension of dBFT that produces blocks faster when there are more transactions in the network.
Neo SPCC released NeoGo v0.111.0, which is compatible with Neo N3 C# node v3.8.0. It introduced new features, including dynamic block time extension.
