Scoop AI Hackathon

The Moscow Bowl marks the opening of the Scoop AI Hackathon, a months-long global event exploring how blockchain and AI can converge to create transparent and efficient digital systems. The broader hackathon will continue through Jan. 2026, with subsequent stops planned in Ho Chi Minh City, Tokyo, Seoul, Silicon Valley, Bangalore, Beijing, and London.

The overall prize pool for the series totals US $100,000, with each city event offering its own challenges and awards. The initiative is part of a joint effort by Neo and SpoonOS to foster a “sentient economy” – an ecosystem where decentralized intelligence, trust, and coordination power next-generation applications.

Participants can find complete details, including hackathon rules, developer tools, and FAQs, in the official Scoop AI Hackathon Handbook. The handbook includes SDK links, TestNet information, and guidance for building on the Neo and SpoonOS technology stack.

Developers are encouraged to join the SpoonOS Discord server for support and team formation. General inquiries can be directed to hackathon@neo.org.
