Frank, the developer behind World of Elements, has released version 1.10 of the single-player RPG, introducing several quality-of-life changes, rebalancing features, new content, and performance enhancements. The update continues to build on the game’s integration with the Neo blockchain and FRANK token reward system.
Key adjustments in the update include bug fixes such as resolving item pickup issues, correctly unequipping shields when two-handed weapons are equipped, and limiting players to a single pickaxe. The update also introduces various balance changes, including increased experience requirements for leveling up, which may temporarily reduce character levels until more experience is earned.
Additional gameplay changes include:
- Low-level weapons and armor can now be looted from monsters, providing new options for early-game progression.
- Defeating the NPC Edward Van Thief removes two adjacent enemies, improving quest flow.
- Defeated players are now automatically teleported to the Town of Tani by the Realm of Death.
- Improvements to Neutral Town, such as enhanced event interactions, reduced difficulty, and better onboarding for new players.
New skills have been added for companions like Celebi and Wind Slime, while main characters can learn new abilities from Water Mage instructors. The update also introduces new item drops and numerous performance optimizations, including improved framerates via graphic settings, enhanced rendering in high-performance mode, and increased stability in Tani, the town focused on trading within the game.

Version 1.10 introduces ten new quests and eight new maps, expanding the narrative and exploratory scope of the game. New quests include:

About World of Elements
World of Elements is a 2D role-playing game set in the world of Elementia. Built by long-time Neo community member Frank, the game challenges players to restore balance as they choose between one of four elemental affinities – air, water, earth, or fire – each of which affects gameplay and character development.
Players complete quests, defeat enemies, and collect loot while earning FRANK, a meme token introduced in 2022. The game’s on-chain integration with the Neo blockchain allows players to earn rewards through in-game accomplishments, reinforcing its ties to the broader FrankCoin ecosystem.
Between versions 1.05 and 1.09, World of Elements saw significant gameplay, content, and system improvements that expanded the early access experience. Version 1.05 introduced new quests, maps, and quest-fixing bug updates, along with a nerfed Skipper feature and the introduction of monsters sleeping at night.
Version 1.06 implemented a cloud-saving system tied to account creation, enabling cross-platform save management and setting the foundation for more secure gameplay and future FRANK token withdrawals.
Subsequent updates enhanced user interface elements, including a minimap and keyboard hotkeys in version 1.07, while also adding mining and blacksmithing professions alongside expanded questlines and maps.
Version 1.08 delivered the “Tani Update,” refining combat balance, enhancing gold and loot systems, and redesigning the death mechanic into a risk-based revival challenge.
Finally, version 1.09 added party management, new dungeons, skill progression systems, and improved blockchain integration, rounding out a series of updates that enriched both the technical infrastructure and in-game content.
