Neo and SpoonOS have announced the winners of the Scoop AI Hackathon’s Tokyo Bowl, a day‑long event held Jan. 21 at MIDORI.so Shibuya / CryptoBase. The Tokyo Bowl brought together developers, researchers, and creators to build AI applications that utilize the SpoonOS framework. US $1,000 in prizes were awarded across grand prize, excellence, and honorable mention tracks.
First place: Cognisor ( $300 prize)
Cognisor is building Flow, a voice‑first AI productivity platform that turns daily workflows into a hands‑free, conversational experience. By leveraging AI to automate planning, task management, and email composition, Flow lets users organize their entire day via audio-only prompts.
Second place: LocalSeed and Moneta ($200 each)
LocalSeed addresses the challenges of moving to a new city or country. Its product, KonnichiConnect, brings locals, tourists, and new residents together in a shared space to support one another, discover events, exchange items, and feel at home faster. The development team has a long‑term vision for AI‑powered community coordination.
Moneta is a LINE‑based AI bot built on a fully agentic backend, demonstrating how conversational agents can be seamlessly deployed on familiar consumer platforms.
Third place: Musical Equity, ShieldAgent, and Ebikatsu ( $200 each)
Musical Equity pairs indigenous music with a persistent AI agent that carries cultural context, usage permissions, and licensing rules, to ensure music spreads with understanding.
ShieldAgent is an AI agent system that analyzes work contracts, detects labor law violations, and preserves tamper‑proof evidence to help protect migrant workers in Japan.
Ebikatsu: Honor Revolution by PHR Onchain explores on‑chain narratives around honor, identity, and community.
The Tokyo Bowl marks the sixth stop of the Scoop AI Hackathon global series, which runs from Oct. 2025 through 2026. Previous events were held in Moscow, Hanoi, London, Silicon Valley, and Seoul, with additional stops scheduled in Hyderabad and Beijing. The total prize pool for the series is US $100,000.
