Hong Kong-based Red Pulse, a market intelligence provider built on the NEO blockchain, has released its bi-weekly report, covering through September 17, 2018. The report covers a new customer support center, a survey for its Crypto Pulse project, and publicity events in Asia featuring its CEO, Jonathan Ha.
Support Center
Red Pulse has launched a new support center that covers frequently asked questions for Red Pulse clients, content writers, and PHX token holders. The ability to create help tickets has also been added. The support center is available to visit here. Red Pulse have stated that they are in the process of expanding its knowledge base of help content.
Crypto Pulse Survey
Red Pulse has launched a survey for its recently announced Crypto Pulse product, intended to provide “crypto-related breaking news and research content”. Crypto Pulse is under development, and Red Pulse wants cryptocurrency traders to submit feedback on what features they would like included in the product. The survey is available here.
Publicity Tour
CEO Jonathan Ha was featured in a panel discussion on “Investment in China” in front of over 1,000 finance professionals at SLUSH Shanghai, on September 7th. On September 26 – 27, Ha will be a featured guest at the Blocfest conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Blocfest has been projected to be the largest blockchain conference in Southeast Asia.
