The Scoop AI Hackathon series made its fourth global stop in London with the London Bowl, a two-day event hosted at Encode Hub in Shoreditch on Dec. 6 and 7. Co-hosted by Neo, SpoonOS, and Encode Club, the event was focused on decentralized AI applications, with a spotlight on voice-enabled agents thanks to partner ElevenLabs. More than US $10,000 in GAS and platform perks were awarded across top and excellence categories.

Participants competed across five challenge tracks, demonstrating agentic systems for DeFi and payments, scientific research, prediction markets, vibe coding for Web3, and Web3 interfaces.

First Place – Spica

Spica earned the top prize of $2,500 with a DeFi workflow builder that turns natural-language prompts into executable strategies on Neo N3. Built using SpoonOS, the system allows users to automate DeFi actions such as token swaps or staking by typing commands like “When GAS drops below $5, swap 50 GAS to bNEO and stake on Flamingo.”

Spica’s architecture employs multiple specialized agents to extract triggers, design trades, and handle staking logic. These agents output a visual StateGraph that users can inspect and edit before execution. The platform integrates with CoinGecko for price feeds and executes transactions using Neo smart contracts and the x402 payment model on Base Sepolia.

Second Place

Two projects shared second place, each receiving $1,500.

Adversarial Science introduces a real-time AI tribunal that critiques scientific papers through four specialized agents: a skeptic, a statistician, a methodologist, and an ethicist. The agents debate methodology, ethics, and statistical soundness, generating a scored verdict stored immutably on the Neo blockchain. The system includes ElevenLabs voice support and bilingual interfaces in English and Chinese.

CoSign.ai is an AI-powered cosigner designed to help users assess the risk of DeFi transactions before signing them. The application analyzes wallet addresses and transaction metadata to flag suspicious behavior, such as unlimited token approvals or transfers to newly created accounts. Users receive a trust score based on parameters like token type, transfer amount, and contract reputation. CoSign.ai also provides real-time address lookups and integrates with Neo N3, SpoonOS, and the x402 payment protocol for pay-per-analysis functionality. All transaction assessments are recorded on-chain to ensure transparency.

Third Place

Three teams tied for third, each awarded $1,000.

flowchain built a voice-enabled assistant for real-time crypto trading and analysis. Users can interact with their Neo wallet, execute trades, and access predictions hands-free. The system integrates ElevenLabs speech synthesis and a custom ML model trained on on-chain and off-chain signals.

Noro is a scientific prediction market powered by multi-agent AI swarms and deployed on Neo. Agents research scientific questions, debate evidence, and autonomously trade YES/NO outcomes. All data and reasoning are stored on NeoFS, and resolution is handled by Neo Oracles fetching verified sources.

Excellence Awards

Three additional teams received $500 each in recognition of innovation:

  • pibblepay: A no-code smart contract playground for creators and freelancers using SpoonOS.
  • Red String Theory: A circular fashion platform where clothing items negotiate swaps as autonomous agents.
  • VibeTrade: A backtesting and trading strategy validator powered by chat-driven agents and SpoonOS GraphAgent architecture.
