SpoonOS’s AI Co-Learning Program is continuing with its second session, Post-Training Reasoning Models, on July 23, 2025, at 3:00 UTC. The session will be led by Zhi Wang, a PhD candidate in artificial intelligence at UC San Diego and an alumnus of the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) Special Class for the Gifted Young. The event will again be hosted by Bruce Yan, co-founder of the Berkeley Emerging Technology Association.
The episode will explore reasoning techniques that enhance large language models (LLMs) after their initial training, offering insights into post-training strategies for machine learning. Attendees will also be eligible to receive one of 10 OpenRouter API keys.

Additionally, SpoonOS has launched an official Co-Learning page to host resources for participants, including lecture slides, session replays, and detailed agendas for upcoming events.
The next scheduled episode, airing on Aug 1, 2025 will be titled Learning from Experience, focusing on reinforcement learning—a field highlighted by the 2024 Turing Award. The session will be led by Yuxi Li of the University of Alberta’s AI4All Institute. Topics will include foundational reinforcement learning concepts, research directions such as autonomous agent design and simulation frameworks, and applied themes like AI and blockchain integration for decentralized finance applications.
