Neo SPCC has released several updates to NeoFS components, including the NeoFS SDK, the REST Gateway, and the Exporter utility. The team also reduced the NeoFS MainNet block time.
NeoFS block time
The minimal block time on the NeoFS mainnet was reduced to 500 milliseconds at 12:00 p.m. (UTC) on Nov. 12.
The change follows months of operating with dynamic block time on FS networks and is intended to lower transaction latency.
Neo Exporter v0.15.1
Neo SPCC published Neo Exporter v0.15.1, resolving a startup failure that occurred when any specified endpoint was unresponsive.
NeoFS REST Gateway v0.15.0
NeoFS REST Gateway v0.15.0 removes the previously deprecated V1 API set. Applications relying on the removed endpoints are expected to migrate to the V2 equivalents, with migration guides provided in the project documentation.
The release also adds an “incomplete” flag to the object search operation and fixes handling for implicit searches.
NeoFS SDK Go RC16
Neo SPCC has made the RC16 version of the NeoFS SDK for Go available. The release is compatible with API 2.20 and introduces experimental erasure coding support.
It also includes updates to container placement policies, improvements to capacity reporting and documentation, examples for object operations, and a fix for a potential panic in capacity and price lookups.
