NEO will be holding a development workshop in Ho Chi Minh on March 8th. The workshop will be conducted by City of Zion developer and VDT Network founder, Dean Van Dugteren.
The topic of the workshop will be “Learn how to build applications on NEO blockchain”, and will be a guided coding session. Participants should bring their own laptop and set up the NEO Privatenet Docker in preparation, which can be found at the below link –
