NEO Global Development (NGD) Zürich is hosting its first developer workshop on the evening of Thursday, April 4th. The workshop was organized by Swisscom Blockchain AG, who are developing a NeoID candidate and also holding a three-day developer academy the following week.
The purpose of the first workshop is to teach developers about digital assets in the NEO ecosystem. The following NGD Zürich workshop will focus on smart contract development.
According to director of NGD Zürich Lili Zhao, the goal is to host an ongoing series of workshops, tentatively scheduled to occur on the first Thursday of every month. The topics for the workshops will center around participant suggestions in the weeks leading up to the events.
The first NGD Zürich workshop will be co-taught by Dr. Guil. Sperb Machado, Neow3j project lead, and Steven Liu, an NGD software developer.
Before the event, participants are encouraged to create a NEO wallet, as there will be a lucky draw for one participant to win NEO.
