AxLabs has announced its plans to sunset the 1ClickNode service, launched as a way for developers to easily deploy Web3 nodes.
Released in Jan. 2024, 1ClickNode was a Neo PaaS app with initial support for Digital Ocean. The solution offered a seamless setup process, where users could quickly deploy a Neo node to a Digital Ocean droplet.
The service offered three tiers: basic, professional, and advanced, with later tiers adding onto the basic RPC functionality with blockhain pre-synchronization and additional plugins.
A decision to sunset the service was made after 1ClickNode failed to attract the expected number of users. As of March 31, new node deployments will no longer be possible using 1ClickNode. Existing nodes will continue to operate as expected.
The team notes that it will use the insights gained from the venture by applying them to future solutions.
