On November 30th, 2019, Nash launched an update for its mobile application, adding wallet functionality that allows users to monitor their portfolio or send and receive assets. The mobile wallet is currently available for Android. Nash states an iOS version is also “coming soon,” though its listing is dependant on the time taken by the Apple store review process.
The Payments and Mobile team, led by Chris Hager, developed the mobile wallet, which also integrates the previous Know Your Customer (KYC) verification function. Now, users can provide KYC required for Nash Exchange verification and manage owned assets within one non-custodial app.
A short demo of the application can be found below:
Looking forward, the Payments and Mobile team aims to focus on integrating payments features, add a fiat on-ramp, and eventually implement in-app trading functionality.
