Crypto.com, a platform that supports the transfer, sale, and exchange of fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies, has announced the addition of NEO to its roster of supported cryptocurrencies. The move also brings support for Crypto.com’s MCO prepaid Visa card, enabling NEO to be converted to fiat and spent at most locations that VISA credit cards are accepted.
Crypto.com, which rebranded from Monaco in June 2018, offers a wide variety of financial services through its mobile apps, including fiat currency exchange, cryptocurrency exchange, quantitative trading services, fiat loans with cryptocurrency collateral, and payment solutions for merchants.
NEO founder Da Hongfei was quoted in the announcement, saying: “It is a pleasure to see that Crypto.com is listing NEO to its Wallet & Card App. We will be glad to keep close collaboration with Crypto.com to grow NEO’s adoption in the future.”
The Crypto.com MCO prepaid Visa card is serviced through New York’s Metropolitan Commercial Bank.
