Neo Global Development (NGD) has released a statement regarding the O3 wallet and its recent removal from the Apple App Store. The delisting of the wallet occurred in February 2020, which was due to a trademark dispute with a non-blockchain related company.
NGD became responsible for maintaining the O3 wallet in October 2019, when O3 Labs was acquired in a talent acquisition by Bitcoin.com to build mobile financial services for the Bitcoin Cash network.
In the statement, NGD said, “as a key community project, NGD is continuously optimizing the O3 Wallet together with the Neo community to enhance wallet services for web and app users for the benefit of the community and holders.”
NGD is currently working on finding a resolution and getting the iOS version re-listed on the Apple Store. Users with any questions can contact the team at o3@ngd.neo.org.
