The second season of Nash League will begin midnight (UTC) on Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2021. The new season incorporates changes in the reward structure and distribution.

Nash League is a competition designed to increase the trading volume on the Nash non-custodial platform. The first season recently concluded and brought over $79 million in volume and unlocked $55,000 in prizes.

Nash League season two introduces the ability for participants to compete concurrently in solo and team categories. Traders can win prizes from both prize pools, with rewards distributed proportionally to their trading volume. Nash noted, “This means that larger traders within a squad receive a proportionally bigger cut than smaller traders.” Additionally, squad size requirements have dropped from a minimum of 10 to five members.

$10,000 in rewards are unlocked at intervals of $10 million in trading volume. If $100 million in trading volume is achieved, new prize pools will be introduced.

Lastly, to incentivize new users, the “Rookie” category offers a separate reward pool. Each week, Nash will distribute a pool of 1,000 NEX tokens to the top 100 new traders proportionate to their trading volume.

Each Nash user has been automatically registered for solo trading. Squad registration begins Friday, Jan. 22, on the Nash League page and is only open for ten days. Nash League season two will end on Feb. 26, 2021.
