The Switcheo token swap from SWH to SWTH concluded at 12:00 pm (UTC +8) on Friday, September 27th. In August 2019, Switcheo announced the official date for the token swap to conclude.
Users who did not conduct the token swap by September 27th will no longer be able to claim SWTH tokens under any circumstances.
History of the token swap
The token swap process began in May 2018, as part of a token upgrade to prepare for the migration to version 2.0 of the Switcheo Exchange smart contract. Since then, Switcheo has swapped old SWH to SWTH tokens at a 1:1 ratio, which kept the circulating supply identical.
Users were initially directed to conduct the swap via the “Token Swap” page on the Switcheo Exchange. Individuals were able to either swap tokens directly on their wallet or send SWH to a Switcheo “token swap address” to automatically convert to SWTH.
In August 2018, Switcheo had announced the majority of Switcheo token holders had converted their SWH to SWTH and removed the Token Swap page from the exchange. Though, the option to send SWH to the token swapping address remained available.
In December 2018, Switcheo discontinued the token swapping address and required users contact support@switcheo.network to have their tokens swapped manually.
As of September 27th, 2019, support is no longer available to swap SWH for SWTH.
