Neo Council released an MVP version of a new governance portal, a key deliverable stemming from discussions at Centre Point 2 held earlier this year in Singapore. The platform provides NEO and bNEO token holders with a public space to engage in proposal discussions, express their sentiments, and observe Council decision-making in a more transparent and structured manner. Initially developed by the Flamingo Finance team, the portal will be maintained and iterated upon by the Council as a whole. At this stage, only Council members can create proposals. However, all eligible community members can comment and vote with their token weight.
COZ partnered with Brazil‑based pop culture collectible manufacturer Iron Studios on a line of officially licensed statues using self-custodial blockchain technology. The collaboration debuted at CCXP25, a major pop culture convention held from Dec. 4 through 7 at São Paulo Expo. The partnership utilizes NFI certificates for proof of ownership and pre-sale redemption. The NFIs are minted on the Neo N3 blockchain using the ITEM Systems Signet configuration. Statues offered at CCXP25 included Batman Trinity, Predator 2, Iron Man, Darth Vader, and Obi-Wan Kenobi. Additionally, COZ shared a video interview of an attendee discussing the benefits of the NFI technology when purchasing paraphernalia at a conference.
Flamingo Finance hosted a livestream to showcase FLM.FUN, a new prediction market that’s made for live streamers. Additionally, Flamingo Finance noted that 652,863 FLOCKS were purchased and subsequently burned.
Neo Dashboard announced Christmas rewards perks for Master Strategist Joker NFT holders. If a user mints a Joker, they unlock a Santa Dashboard, an exclusive seasonal leader that gifts a random usable item in a fight against a swarm of bugs, and restores a character’s health by 25 points, energy by 25 points, and action points by 10.
Neo Red Pill announced a special St. Nicholas Day Event, where two random winners won 500k NRP on Dec. 7, and two random winners will receive 1 million NRP on Dec. 24, along with one random winner receiving a metal seed phrase card, Neo Red Pill t-shirt, Neo Red Pill coffee mug, and 20 NEO on Dec. 24. To enter, users need to retweet the original announcement, follow the Neo Red Pill and Neo Ultimate Shop accounts, and tag a friend.
nDapp released a weekly N3 GAS check-in, noting that network users claimed approximately 55,255 GAS in the past week, and that on-chain activity burned about 665 GAS.

Neo SPCC released its bi-monthly update for October and November, which included updates to NeoGo v0.114.0, MainNet consensus nodes, NeoFS networks reaching 500ms, the SpoonOS hackathon workshop, NeoFS v0.50.2 and demo erasure coding support, and NEP-11 FS containers.
