Neo and SpoonOS announced Seoul as the next destination on the Scoop AI Hackathon global tour, marking the fifth event in the ongoing series that explores blockchain and AI integration. The Seoul Bowl will take place Dec. 20 – 21 in Seocho-gu, offering a weekend of rapid development, panel discussions, and competitive building in agentic AI.

Neo SPCC released a new version of the LOCODE DB, which can be used to obtain additional information about continents, country codes and names, locations, geo-positions, and subdivisions. The new update optimizes memory allocations.
