General Updates

Neo co-founder Da Hongfei tweeted that the team has been in discussions with three major stablecoin issuers since January about potential Neo integrations. According to Da, all three parties have indicated openness to working with Neo, though talks are still focused on the specifics: integration terms, TVL expectations, and benchmarks tied to on-chain activity. He also noted that issuers appear more willing to explore partnerships with smaller or mid-sized ecosystems. No concrete rollout or timeline was provided, and Da said the team will share additional details if and when agreements begin to materialize.

R3E Network had an active week, as the team:

  • Launched neo3scan.com, a modern Neo N3 blockchain explorer designed not only to let users check blockchain data, but to interact with it directly. The open-source project is aimed at serving as an all-in-one portal for the Neo N3 ecosystem. The explorer features an Etherscan-inspired interface and currently connects to public neo3fura endpoints for its backend data.
  • Shared the development goals for the new Neo N3 blockchain explorer. These included integrating NeoChat and Neo Name Service, adding NeoBurger support, adding liveness monitoring/status for consensus nodes, integrating Neo treasury and Neo financial reserves, adding address and public identity recognition for wallets, and user-friendly script decompilation.
  • Added new features to the neo3Scan blockchain explorer, including a mempool search and a network alert. Mempool search shows mempool transactions in a transaction list, enabling search and analysis. Network alert now lets users register for email alerts for Neo N3 events.
  • Announced tentative support to become a Neo N3 Council Member. The development team intends to use GAS rewards from the Council seat for the following: 120% refund to those donated to R3E Network, provide sponsored transaction services, launch a Self-Loan dApp that allows users to stake NEO for GAS loans, a pricefeed service for Neo N3 and Neo X, Red Envelope rewards, daily check-in rewards, and to make Neo more user-friendly.

NeoRedPill announced a new campaign for the Neo Turkey Telegram community, featuring a mini-game and a question-based game on the channel, with 10 GAS distributed to the top four winners.

nDapp released a weekly N3 GAS check-in, noting that network users claimed approximately 130,406 GAS over the past week and that on-chain activity burned about 294 GAS.

NNT hosted a GasBot Trivia round where participants had a chance to compete for a pool of 4 GAS rewards.

Frank Coin hosted a GasBot trivia contest on the FrankCoin channel of the NeoF1 Discord server, rewarding participants with 3 GAS. Additionally, Frank Coin distributed rewards to 10 random winners who participated in the “Blockchain & You” event.

Developer Updates

Neo SPCC shipped Neo Exporter v0.15.2, which includes a round of dependency upgrades and a build requirement bump to Go 1.25+, making it primarily a maintenance-focused release for operators and developers building from source. The update also includes a small but practical fix: correcting the return code when gracefully shutting down an uninitialized process, which should make service management and monitoring behavior more consistent in edge cases.

Neo SPCC released NeoFS OAuthZ v0.5.6 as a maintenance release focused on keeping the stack up to date. The update bumps the minimum supported Go version to Go 1.25, refreshes several dependencies (including golang.org/x/crypto), and updates related Neo components such as NeoFS SDK (RC17) and NeoGo (0.117.0). For most operators, this is a “stay current and compatible” upgrade rather than a feature release.

AxLabs intimated the team that it is building a new infrastructure component that would let EVM smart contracts on Neo X consume Neo N3’s native Oracle data “out of the box,” using the ecosystem’s Message Bridge as the underlying plumbing. The team framed it as a response to developer demand for a more general-purpose oracle option on Neo X (beyond primarily price-feed use cases) and positioned the approach as aligning with Neo X’s broader goal of leveraging Neo N3’s strengths rather than rebuilding them on the EVM side. This is an early-stage project, presented as in-progress work; no launch date or finalized specs were shared.
