Neo joined the AI Unbundled Alliance, an industry-wide effort aimed at supporting Web3 AI evolution. The coalition is spearheaded by Aethir, a purported global leader in decentralized GPU cloud computing with over 120 ecosystem partners and more than 425,000 state-of-the-art GPU containers. The alliance seeks to empower developers at every stage of their journey—from early experimentation to global product deployment.
Neo announced that the Neo X TestNet will be upgraded to v0.4.0 on June 23, which will include a ZK-based DKG verification preview, ZK-based DKG execution support at the dBFT level, a New NeoXEthSig fork, and various optimizations and fixes.
Flamingo Finance introduced a new community engagement initiative, THE FLOCK, replacing the legacy FLM Hodlers Program. The new platform-specific Discord channel is accessible to holders of the FLOCKS token and is designed to facilitate open dialogue and lay a platform for community governance. Additionally, Flamingo Finance noted the conclusion of Epoch 11, with a total payout of US $11,677.03 and total burning of 250,593 FLM.
TOTHEMOON sold out the Waxing Gibbous (Phase 4) mint, and the team noted they will be airdropping the extra NFTs/refunding 1 GAS to participants who minted an odd number of tokens. TOTHEMOON also changed its primary website and deprecated the staking of TTM tokens for Infra Deeds, staking Resource tokens for Resource Deeds, the TTM Marketplace, and My Collection Access on TTM Marketplace. The project intends to migrate to the Base blockchain shortly.
Neo Vietnam announced the winners of the NeoPod Ambassador Cup, with first place receiving 25 GAS, second place receiving 15 GAS, and third place receiving 10 GAS.

Neo established a technical collaboration with Arichain, an L1 public blockchain that supports multiple execution environments under a single unified consensus.
