Neo Core developers unanimously approved adding the stateRoot into the block header, a debate that has been going on amongst Neo Core dating back to 2019. In blockchain networks, the stateRoot in a block header is a cryptographic hash representing the entire state of the blockchain at a particular point in time (specifically, after all transactions in the block have been executed). It is a compact, tamper-evident fingerprint of the blockchain’s current state. It plays a crucial role in ensuring consistency, security, and trustless verification across the network. The Neo Core developers will draft a formal proposal and share it with the Technical Committee and Neo Council.
SpoonOS announced it will attend the SuperAI conference and that the project is a Gold Sponsor of the event. The conference will take place on June 18 and 19 at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel in Singapore.

Neo SPCC released its monthly updates for April and May, which touched upon NeoGo v0.109.1, NeoFS v0.46.1, NeoFS MainNet, S3 Gateway v0.38, and REST gateway v0.12.
AxLabs released Neow3j v3.24.0, which is compatible with Neo v3.8 and includes a range of significant updates. The release includes multiple breaking changes, feature additions, and internal improvements.
