Flamingo Finance launched OrderBook+ 2.0, a fully decentralized, block-based order book on the Neo N3 MainNet. The upgrade introduces on-chain order matching without intermediaries, improving efficiency and transparency for traders. The team also intends to reduce FLM emission rates and introduce FLOCKS, a dividend-bearing token with governance functions and an FLM-burning mechanism.
GrantShares integrated support for Neo X, allowing applicants to log in with an EVM Wallet that’s connected to Neo X MainNet and access grants directly on the EVM sidechain.
Hibit also integrated support for Neo X, enabling trading and permissionless token listings for assets on the EVM sidechain. To celebrate, Hibit has launched an interactive challenge designed to engage the community and distribute rewards.
Neo Dashboard‘s GrantShares proposal Airdrop for Neoverse holders was endorsed by AxLabs and put on-chain for a vote. At the time of press, two members have voted in favor of the proposal.
Two new proposals were added to GrantShares. DexGO added a new proposal put forth entitled looking for a grant. The team is seeking 3,516 NEO to integrate its existing move-to-earn/learn-to-earn social NFT game with Neo N3. NeoRedPill also submitted a proposal titled, New shop for the Neo blockchain, presented by NeoRedPill. This proposal seeks 1,581 GAS to launch a merch shop, targeted marketing campaigns, organize more community events, and integrate the Neo blockchain. Additionally, NeoRedPill launched an official website for its online merchandise shop.
Meme2Earn NUDES NEP-17 token was added to the Flamingo Finance OrderBook+ and paired against the FUSD over-collateralized stablecoin.
Frank Coin hosted a GasBot trivia contest on the NeoF1 Discord server and distributed 3 GAS in rewards to participants.
Developer Updates
Neo SPCC released NeoFS S3 Gateway v0.35, a test version that combines different approaches. It now uses standard NeoFS features for handling objects, but still relies on experimental features for some bucket-related tasks. The update also includes other improvements, resulting in good performance using NeoFS’s native capabilities.

Topics of discussion included the Enclave account abstraction wallet TestNet launch coming soon, the call for EVM devs to test this AA wallet, Flamingo Finance’s OrderBook+ becoming the first MainNet on-chain order book, GrantShares launching Neo X EVM sidechain support, the US adopting a Bitcoin Strategic Reserve at State and Federal levels, ETH Denver insights, NNT and COZ on a Stand With Crypto panel, and ETH sentiment among attendees at the event.
