A recording of the most recent Neo Core Developer meeting, held on Nov. 6, was made available to the public. In the session, contributors discussed the status of several Neo 4 proposals, upcoming features for Neo 3.9, and structural adjustments to the repository workflow. Among the items covered were progress on dynamic block intervals, standardized token interfaces, and preparations for post-quantum cryptographic compatibility.
War on Bugs announced the team will introduce a new NFT, the Master Strategist Joker, with a mint window opening on Nov. 24 and closing on Dec. 24. The new NFT is designed to provide strategic advantages for players, particularly those focused on long-term gameplay benefits. Described as the “ultimate card,” the Master Strategist Joker functions as a wildcard within the War on Bugs game. The Master Strategist Joker mint will be limited to a maximum of 500 NFTs. Each token will be available for 5,000 NDMEME or 2 GAS.
Neo News Today rebranded the NNT YouTube channel to Smart Economy Network. The update is part of an ongoing effort to expand the reach of Neo-related content through broader narratives, making it more accessible and appealing to a wider audience beyond the immediate Neo community. All existing content formats, including the Neo Week-in-Reviews, event interviews, Core and Council meeting recordings, and The Smart Economy Podcast, will continue to be published on the channel. This change does not impact any other content or operations, and the team is not planning any additional rebranding for other core NNT platforms, such as NeoNewsToday.com or nDapp.org.
GrantShares witnessed two proposals put forth. First, The Solar DePIN Project: Carbon Smart Meter, is now on-chain and awaiting endorsement. Second, GS-004 (NEO-FairAuction), a proposal in response to AxLabs’ RFP (Make It Make Sense: Build with MEV Resistance Tech), was put forth for discussion.
NeoUltimateShop launched a German version of its online marketplace, marking the second language supported on the website.
SpoonOS hosted a Scoop AI Hackathon online workshop entitled Smart Contract Development in C# with Neo. The workshop was conducted in Russian, and hosted by Yuri A, a senior engineer at InnFork.
SpoonOS also announced several new partners for the Scoop AI Hackathon, including Aethir, Desearch, Trae, Gata, and Blockchain for Good. These organizations will provide infrastructure support, technical resources, or prize funding for participants exploring how AI and blockchain technologies can coalesce to build the foundation of a Sentient Economy.
Flamingo Finance noted that Epoch 31 concluded, and the total payout was $12,858.13. Additionally, Flamingo Finance noted that 275,593 FLM were spent to buy and burn 405,968 FLOCKS.
nDapp released a weekly N3 GAS check-in, noting that network users claimed approximately 2,312,931 GAS in the past week, and the on-chain activity burned about 2,498 GAS.
NeoDashboard burned 208,000 NDMEME tokens from the total supply.
Frank Coin hosted a GasBot trivia contest on the FrankCoin channel of the NeoF1 Discord server and distributed 3 GAS in rewards to participants.

NNT released Episode 100 of The Smart Economy Podcast featuring Nick Hansen, team lead at The Graph Foundation, an indexing protocol for organizing blockchain data. NNT hosted Crypto Coffee and Blockchain Beer Spaces #76 on the official The Smart Economy Podcast X account. Topics of discussion included Celebrating 100 episodes of The Smart Economy Podcast, takeaways from ETH Mexico 2025, Mexico’s remittance and stablecoin use cases, how the State of Nuevo León is utilizing decentralized identity, the new Flamingo Finance dashboard, the upcoming War on Bugs NFT mint, and Neo X open-sourcing its code repository.
