General Updates

Neo released Neo N3 v3.10.2, a targeted security patch that closes a witness-verification bypass, which allowed malformed multisignature scripts to pass one validation path while being caught by another. For everyday users, the fix removes a path that could have allowed an invalid transaction to appear valid to part of the node software.

Neo released Neo CLI v3.10.2, a hotfix update to the node software addressing two consensus-layer issues. The release fixes a deserialization bug in RecoveryMessage that was causing nested PrepareRequest messages to be dropped, and it rejects PrepareResponse messages sent from the current primary node.

Neo Global Development announced the Neo3650 winners, inviting participants to connect their wallets at neo3650.ngd.network to check results and claim prizes.

Orbit‘s first-round reward claim window is now live on nDapp. Neo N3 users have until Nov. 4 to collect their share of a 140 GAS reward pool. Any rewards left unclaimed after that date will be redistributed to users who did claim.

NeoRedPill launched a Telegram wallet bot that brings Neo N3 wallet creation, token management, and cross-chain bridging between Neo N3 and Neo X directly into Telegram conversations. The bot, which went live on Oct. 19 after approximately one month of development, expands the community project’s toolset beyond its token and merchandise initiatives. Additionally, NeoRedPill ran a GAS giveaway on Oct. 24, offering 1 GAS via a lucky draw. Participants completed six social and community tasks, after which 10 randomly selected winners were each automatically sent 0.1 GAS.

nDapp reported the weekly N3 GAS check-in. Network users claimed 49,537.49 GAS this week, while on-chain activity burned 1,358.93 GAS.

Frank Coin hosted a Telegram games session on Oct. 23, awarding 100 FRANK to the top player and 40 FRANK each to 10 randomly selected participants.

Developer Updates

Neo SPCC released NeoFS panel v0.12.0, now live at panel.fs.neo.org. This update expands container management in the web UI, adding basic ACL settings, container attribute management, and container revision support. It also makes container names optional and updates the container API version label.

R3E Network released neo-decompiler v0.14.4, an update to its Neo smart contract decompiler. The release improves structure analysis by recovering single-block self-loops as do-while loops, and fixes several release-pipeline issues, including Windows tar extraction and npm/web version mapping.

R3E Network released neo-rs v0.19.1, a Rust implementation of Neo compatible with Neo N3 v3.10.1. This is a packaging and CI hotfix for v0.19.0 that leaves runtime behavior unchanged, fixing the Docker image build and the TEE feature build among other CI issues. The release remains a testnet and private-network candidate rather than a mainnet-certified node.
