Neo upgraded Neo X MainNet to v0.4.2, enabling its Anti-MEV feature following a successful deployment on TestNet. The Neo X Anti-MEV system combines dBFT consensus with cryptographic methods, where enveloped transactions essentially keep details hidden until inclusion in a block. This approach prevents block producers from front-running trades, executing sandwich attacks, or reorganizing blocks to capture value. Developer resources have been made available to support dApp builders interested in testing or deploying Anti-MEV-compatible applications.
