General Updates
Neo co-founder Erik Zhang published a draft roadmap for Neo 4 on the Neo GitHub, which envisions the platform as a foundation for real-world blockchain adoption. The proposal emphasizes tokenization of real-world assets, enterprise digital asset treasury solutions, stablecoin support, decentralized exchange infrastructure, and cross-game interoperability for gaming. Proposed features include a next-generation NeoVM compatible with the RISC-V instruction set, fine-grained gas metering, post-quantum cryptography, and zero-knowledge solutions such as zk-KYC and zk-Oracles. The roadmap also outlines updates to staking and treasury mechanisms, an expanded role for the Neo Council, and stronger governance rights for NEO holders.
BinanceUS implemented support for the Legacy to N3 migration on its custodial exchange. As part of this process, NEO on the Legacy network will be swapped to NEO on the N3 network on a 1:1 basis. As of Sep. 26, deposits and withdrawals for NEO on Legacy were permanently closed. BinanceUS migrated all NEO at a 1:1 ratio from Legacy to N3 and handled all technical requirements.
Pixudi launched a new contract on Neo X related to a blockchain party, a raffle-like game on the game platform.
TOTHEMOON initiated the token migration process for its native TTM token and associated resource tokens currently residing on Neo N3, transitioning them to Base, a layer‑2 Ethereum ecosystem. Concurrent with the migration, the project will deprecate its resource tokens, converting them into TTM under a unified asset model.
Flamingo Finance noted that Epoch 25 concluded, that the total payout was US $4,619.77, and 61,997 FLM were burned.
nDapp released a weekly N3 GAS check-in, which noted that network users claimed approximately 179,884 GAS in the past week, and the on-chain activity burned about 529 GAS.
Frank Coin hosted a GasBot trivia contest on the FrankCoin channel of the NeoF1 Discord server and distributed 3 GAS in rewards to participants.
Developer Updates
Neo SPCC released NeoGo v0.113.0, an update that introduces compiler improvements, bug fixes, and support for Go 1.24. Smart contract developers are strongly advised to migrate to the new NeoGo version to take advantage of the changes, while node operators can safely skip this release. NeoGo v0.113.0 includes new native contract APIs tied to the upcoming Faun hardfork.
Neo SPCC released NeoFS SDK Go RC 15, which made the SDK compatible with NeoFS API 2.19, removed all deprecated APIs, and updated it to use Go 1.24+.
Neo SPCC released Neo Exporter v.0.41.1, which includes the Go 1.24 upgrade, an upgrade of dependent libraries, and a set of bug fixes.

Flamingo Finance confirmed it was not affected by two recent supply chain compromises on npm. The first incident targeted cryptocurrency users by injecting wallet-hijacking code into 18 widely used JavaScript packages. Days later, a separate campaign compromised more than 40 packages with a self-replicating worm.
