Trinity Protocol has released its bi-monthly report for the end of September 2018, which highlights development progress, and research conducted. The Trinity protocol is a universal off-chain scaling solution that uses state channel technology to create private payment channels and real-time transactions. The protocol is agnostic, and now operates on top of two blockchain platforms: NEO and Ethereum.
On the NEO blockchain, Trinity has deployed a continuous integration (CI) test platform, which aims to ensure code stability. It has also implemented automated test cases and verification of signature data has been included to ensure the accuracy and reliability of multi-signature information.
On the Ethereum (ETH) blockchain, Trinity has built a CI test platform, initiated automated test cases, and improved the user experience. Interface defects in the Ethereum python library have been fixed. And, the “Trinity-ETH code robustness, stability optimization and verification, and off-chain protocol optimization and compatibility” have been analyzed for future improvements.
Lastly, the Trinity team has studied the Gateway, and added prediction node capacity and dynamic path look-up. This “enables data distribution and sending of some data through other nodes to restore network balance.”
