Zhao “Johnson” Chen, general manager of NEO Global Development, has been scheduled to speak at the upcoming Delta Summit blockchain conference in Malta. Zhao’s address is titled, “Building the ‘Smart Economy’: Digital Assets, Digital Identity & Smart contracts”.
Delta Summit
The 2018 Delta Summit, scheduled for October 3rd-5th, 2018, at the InterContinental Malta, claims to be “Malta’s official platform” to promote blockchain and cryptocurrency technology, and “to further highlight the [Maltese] government’s efforts to establish Malta as a pioneering and blockchain embracing country.”
Multiple government regulators from the Maltese government will be in attendance, including the Malta Information Technology Agency, Malta Communications Authority, Malta Gaming Authority, and Malta Financial Services Authority.

Other notable speakers at the 2018 Delta Summit include: Maltese Prime Minister Joseph Muscat, American venture capital investor Tim Draper, Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao, Wikipedia co-founder Larry Sanger, Bitcoin evangelist Roger Ver, and Malta’s Minister of Finance, Edward Scicluna.
Zhao’s address will take place on the ZEST Stage at 15:30 on October 5th.
