On November 30th, APEX Technologies released the first phase of its TestNet. The first phase of the APEX TestNet will enable different engineering teams within APEX Technologies (who aren’t core developers) and community-based developers to run test nodes of the APEX Network.
APEX stated the first phase of TestNet is “geared towards testing transactions, performance, and DPOS-based consensus, the building blocks of the network.”
The TestNet dashboard, which includes live statistics of internal TestNet nodes, and instructions for deploying an APEX node can be found at the link below:

Phase two of the TestNet will include a full blockchain explorer and other technology upgrades. The second phase is tentatively expected to be released in “around a month.”
Lastly, the APEX Wallet is in on-going development, and expected to be released in conjunction with the launch of MainNet.
