COZ distributed 185 NEO to Pusharoo in round 2.14 of Proof of Working 2.0, recognizing continued development of the Pusharoo Relay event automation infrastructure for Neo N3. The award was published on Sept. 10.

Pusharoo, developed by Vault Keeper, is a wallet-secured smart contract release workspace that combines artifact management, deployments, upgrades, recovery, and event-driven integrations. Round 2.14 focused on expanding Pusharoo Relay, the platform’s contract-event monitoring and webhook delivery component, which was first introduced in round 2.10.

Relay infrastructure improvements

The recognized work strengthens Pusharoo Relay’s production readiness across several areas. Webhook delivery now supports durable retries with idempotency tracking to prevent duplicate event triggers, along with payload testing and wallet-authorized redelivery controls.

Network resilience received attention through automatic RPC failover, isolated TestNet and MainNet processing with network-aware routing, and operational health monitoring. The update also introduced verified GAS payments for Relay subscriptions and expanded wallet authorization around webhook management.

On the frontend, the update delivered performance enhancements, navigation improvements, and more informative warning state displays.

What Pusharoo Relay addresses

Building event-driven decentralized applications typically requires teams to run custom indexers, maintain delivery queues, handle RPC failures independently, and build their own webhook subscription management. Pusharoo Relay consolidates these functions into a unified workspace, monitoring Neo N3 smart contract events and delivering them to external systems via webhooks.

By managing delivery infrastructure and subscription lifecycle within a wallet-authenticated environment, the platform reduces operational overhead for developers building reactive applications on Neo N3.

Sustained contributor engagement

Vault Keeper has been recognized in seven consecutive Proof of Working rounds, from 2.8 through 2.14, making the developer one of the program’s most consistently active contributors. Over that span, Pusharoo has evolved from an artifact inspection tool into a comprehensive smart contract release and operations platform encompassing wallet integration, deployment workflows, security hardening, recovery tooling, and production-grade event infrastructure.

Round 2.14 brings the cumulative Proof of Working 2.0 total to 7,079 NEO distributed across 14 rounds since the program’s January 2026 relaunch.
