COZ distributed 277 NEO across two contributions in round 2.15 of Proof of Working 2.0, recognizing work on governance transparency tooling and smart contract deployment security. The round brings the program’s cumulative total to 7,356 NEO distributed across 15 rounds since its January relaunch.

Neo Quorum Watch

Fritzorama, a first-time Proof of Working recipient, received 128 NEO for Neo Quorum Watch, an open-source dashboard that tracks Neo Council governance participation. The tool aggregates voting records linked to individual proposals and reconstructs historical Council eligibility to evaluate whether members participated when they were eligible to vote.

The project addresses a documented gap in Council engagement. According to data referenced in the Neo Quorum Watch repository, none of the seven proposal records on Neo’s governance portal reached a Council majority, with the most recent drawing two of 21 votes. By surfacing verifiable, proposal-linked voting metrics, the dashboard provides the community with a way to evaluate Council activity and identify participation gaps.

Neo Quorum Watch enforces fail-closed validation, meaning it flags rather than guesses when identities, vote tallies, or historical attributions cannot be verified. The project is licensed under Apache 2.x, as required by Proof of Working.

Pusharoo

Vault Keeper received 149 NEO for continued work on Pusharoo, a smart contract release and operations workspace. This marks the contributor’s eighth consecutive round of recognition, having been included in every round from 2.8 through 2.14.

This round introduces network-scoped multi-wallet authorization. Project owners can now authorize specific deployment wallets with granular permissions restricted to TestNet, MainNet, or both. Permissions are verified server-side based on the connected wallet and active network, allowing teams to use separate testing and production keys without duplicating projects or fracturing release histories.

The feature addresses a common operational risk for teams deploying across multiple networks: accidental production releases when the same wallet is used for both testing and live deployment.

Looking ahead

COZ continues to accept contributions through its Discord. The program is designed to recognize public, open-source work that strengthens the Neo ecosystem outside of traditional grant pathways.
