Moonlight has announced the addition of Chris Croft to its advisory board. Croft is a 17-year veteran of the labor staffing and recruitment industry, with experience leading the Allegis Group and SThree staffing companies. According to his LinkedIn profile, Croft currently serves as director of client development at Allegis Group, the world’s largest privately owned staffing and recruitment business.
In a statement, Croft explained that “Frustrations with the recruitment process are consistent in many industries,” and elaborated, “Exaggerated or falsified resumes and social media profiles are unfortunately common leading to wasted time in the interview selection and candidate onboarding process.”
Moonlight Project
Moonlight is a decentralized workforce and project management platform that is in development on the NEO blockchain. Its upcoming “Copernicus” release focuses on identity verification and the creation of “true digital resumes” allowing users to create custom profiles tailored to different jobs applications. “Trustless,” tamper-proof resumes verified by blockchain data, along with team creation tools, are also on the project’s development roadmap in further upcoming releases.
