NEO founder Da Hongfei has announced that NEO Global Development (NGD) is looking to hire a Technical Lead to manage software engineering in its Shanghai office. Hongfei commented that the position is intended “to drive the technological advancement of NEO.”
Tech Lead
The position will involve working with NEO founders Da Hongfei and Erik Zhang in their Shanghai office to help build out their vision of a “Smart Economy.” The position will also involve building and leading a software engineering team of “30 to 50” people, while also co-ordinating with marketing and ecosystem growth teams.
Experience and Skills
NGD is looking for a candidate with “demonstrated experience” in building, recruiting, and mentoring software engineering teams. Extensive experience in building “large-scale software or cutting-edge technical products” is sought. The tech lead will also liaison between NEO core developers and NEO community developers.
The working location will be at NGD’s Shanghai, China office; excellent Mandarin and English communication skills are required.
