Neo has established a partnership with Simplex, a fiat on- and off-ramp provider offering access to more than 115 fiat currencies. As part of the partnership, users can purchase NEO and GAS without going through external exchanges and fiat-to-cryptocurrency payment gateways. The partnership is part of Neo Global Development’s efforts to improve accessibility of NEO and GAS. NGD Director of EcoGrowth John Wang said:
Last year’s launch of Neo N3 improved on the previous versions of the Neo platform by offering a significantly improved development experience. Working with Simplex to offer users on-ramps and off-ramps to NEO and other cryptocurrencies addresses another aspect of offering the best experience possible to everyone who interacts with Neo. We are very much looking forward to our partnership with Simplex.
Simplex offers access to various payment rail infrastructures, including Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, SWIFT, and SEPA. The service supports more than 130 cryptocurrencies and more than 350 partner integrations across the globe. Current partners include OKEx, Atomic Wallet, Huobi, Binance, KuCoin, Changelly, and more.
Users can visit ChainBits powered by Simplex to purchase cryptocurrencies with a credit or debit card.
