Travala, a “next-generation” online travel booking marketplace based on the NEO blockchain, has announced that it is now a Priceline partner. The collaboration provides Travala with access to Priceline’s Partner Network, which the team claims is the “largest inventory of hotels in the world.”
The partnership potentially enables the addition of car rentals, airline bookings, and vacation packages to the Travala marketplace in a future expansion.
Travala Open Beta Platform
Travala expects that the Priceline partnership will give them access to 1.7 million bookable properties worldwide upon the launch of its open beta, which is planned for later in 2019.
Additionally, the Priceline Partner Network car rental program gives Travala access to automotive inventory from RentalCars.com and Priceline.com, which is said to contain all major car brands and car rentals in over 180 countries.
