QLC Chain has announced its WinQ decentralized application (dApp) will provide users with the ability to stream all 64 matches of the the upcoming 2018 FIFA World Cup, at no cost. QLC Chain is a decentralized Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) that provides its users with the ability to share and access Wi-Fi and virtual private networks (VPN) through the WinQ dApp.
The WinQ VPN will provide dApp users the ability to access geographically-restricted live stream websites that offer popular World Cup broadcasts. Users will not be required to register, deliver personal information, or provide a credit card.
Those who establish VPN servers and offer broadcast service to WinQ clients will receive QLC tokens for compensation.
WinQ is an Android application that currently runs on the NEO TestNet. Users who download the dApp are automatically given 100 TestNet QLC tokens so they can register and use Wi-Fi and VPN for free, as well as make other in-app transactions.
Additionally, each unique wallet created on WinQ will be provided with 100 QLC TestNetĀ tokens, and there is no limit to the amount of wallets a user can create. 100 QLCĀ TestNet tokens will unlock 30 World Cup matches.
Notification of match schedules will be pushed to WinQ dApp users, as well as recommendations for the best VPN connection.
