Neo Global Development launched WhisperDark in collaboration with COZ, a browser-based dungeon-crawler on Neo X. In the game, an AI agent navigates a dungeon and autonomously spends real xGAS in each room via Ax402-powered autonomous agent transactions. The game is live with a prize pool event running through Oct. 26. The prize pool sits at 336 GAS, and grows with each new campaign initiated by users.

COZ reported that the MONOPOLY Experience: Tesouros do Brasil generated over 54,600 smart contract invocations during its first full week of operations from Sept. 13 – 20, with Monopoly-related contracts accounting for four of the five most active contracts on Neo N3 during the period. According to COZ, the activation drove over half of Neo N3’s total ecosystem transaction volume for the week. The Monopoly experience is scheduled to run as a four-month national tour across Brazil through November.

COZ distributed 429 NEO across three contributions in Proof of Working round 2.13, recognizing work on the REDDON NEO NEWS short-form video series, the Pusharoo smart contract deployment workspace, and the NeoFS Python SDK v0.5.0.

GrantShares witnessed two proposals put on-chain for vote. First, Pusharoo – Neo N3 Contract Release Workspace has reached quorum with five votes, all in favor. Second, Reddon Neo News: Ongoing AI-Powered Content Production & Ecosystem Growth Initiative has reached quorum with five votes, four in favor and one in abstention. Both voting periods end on Oct. 1.

Frank Coin hosted a giveaway celebrating 3,000 followers, rewarding 14 winners with 1 GAS each for sharing ideas about World of Elements. Frank Coin also hosted a Telegram Game Day, awarding 100 FRANK to the top player and 40 FRANK each to 10 randomly selected participants.

Developer Updates

AxLabs released its Simple Agent Wallet, a command-line wallet designed for AI agents to autonomously pay for resources across multiple blockchains using the x402 payment protocol, with Neo X as a supported settlement chain. The open-source tool, now at v0.3.1, enables agents to inspect and execute payments without human intervention.

R3E Network released neo-rs v0.18.0, claiming a 189x performance improvement over baseline for the Rust-based Neo N3 node implementation. The release focuses on throughput and latency optimization through SIMD instructions, a lock-free mempool, and batch signature verification, while maintaining full protocol compatibility with the C# reference client.

Neo SPCC launched a publicly hosted S3-compatible gateway for NeoFS on MainNet, providing developers with access to decentralized object storage through standard Amazon S3 API tooling.

R3E Network published Neo N4 v1.0.0-testnet, a technical validation project for the Neo Elastic Network. The release deploys five core contracts including RollupHub, SharedBridge, and ZkVerifier, with 12 smoke tests passing. This is an exploration and pilot project led by R3E, not the official N4 led by the core dev team.
