Neo launched the official Neo N3 TestNet. The Neo N3 TestNet includes the integration of NeoFS into the oracle modules for the first time, alongside state root services and other new features. The TestNet update was completed on March 25.
Neo Foundation announced an Ask Me Anything (AMA) event with Neo co-founders Erik Zhang and Da Hongfei. The was planned to commemorate the first release versions of N3 and gave the community an opportunity to ask questions about the update. The AMA commenced at 8:00 a.m. (UTC) on March 29.
Neo founder, Da Hongfei, announced the Neo team has finalized a clear and detailed roadmap of the N3 migration and official MainNet launch.
Poly Network released an article detailing how super light nodes can verify Proof of Work consensus algorithms.

Poly Network and the SuperNova algorithmic stablecoin platform announced a strategic cooperation. NEO, SWTH, and FLM token holders can transfer assets and stake liquidity for sNEO rewards on the SuperNova.Cash platform, powered by the Huobi ECO Chain. To participate, NEO, SWTH, and FLM tokens holders must first convert to p-assets through the Poly Network bridge. sNEO became a stablecoin star on March 15, 2021.

AxLabs released Neow3j v3.8.0 with N3 compatibility, the addition of new contract interfaces, and many other improvements.
NGD Enterprise released an updated Neo Blockchain Toolkit with N3 TestNet parity, and three sample smart contracts for developers to clone and build.
Ecosystem
March 22, Nash announced it is integrating with the Avalanche platform and plans to offer AVAX markets on its non-custodial exchange. Looking forward to Q2 2021, Avalanche will incorporate the Nash fiat gateway into its web wallet and platform.
March 23, O3 Labs launched the O3 Swap website, with non-custodial aggregation services expected to begin soon.
March 23, QLC Chain began taking question from the community for a future AMA event.
March 24, Switcheo put forth TIP #12 to upgrade TradeHub to v1.16, which includes bug fixes surrounding linking liquidity pools and an edge case in futures markets. The vote passed with unanimous Yes support.
March 25, O3 Labs hosted an AMA with SuperNova.Cash on the official O3 Labs Telegram channel. In the AMA, SuperNova.Cash core community member, Kevin Wong, discussed the integration of the sNEO planet, increasing NEO’s cross-chain utility for DeFi platforms, and more.
March 25, the Switcheo community has passed a governance proposal to resolve late SWH to SWTH token swap claims. The final call for swaps is open for two weeks, concluding at 2:10:07 p.m. (UTC) on April 8, 2021. Afterward, SWH can never be swapped for SWTH again.
March 27, Switcheo’s SWTH token listed on the Pancake Swap non-custodial exchange, operating on the Binance Smart Chain, against a BNB pairing.
March 28, more than one billion SWTH have been staked on the Switcheo TradeHub.
