Neo Global Development (NGD) hosted its second meetup in St. Petersburg, Russia, joined by ecosystem partners Neo St. Petersburg Competence Center (NeoSPCC), MyWish, and 0xGames. NGD representatives also held a tutorial workshop at the Russian St. Petersburg National University.
Neo attended the BlockShow Asia 2019 conference in Singapore, where Da Hongfei delivered a keynote speech. An exhibition called “Neo Zone” was also open on both days of the event, which aimed to provide attendees the chance to learn about projects building on Neo. Additionally, Neo hosted a NeoFest meetup for community members to meet Da and other project leaders in the ecosystem, and included a fireside chat with Da and CEO of Binance, CZ.
NGD Seattle head, John deVadoss, participated in an interview with Brad Laurie on Blockchain Brad, where he discussed his perspective on attracting mainstream developers.

Neo Colorado is hosting an idea generation event on November 20th, with a goal to funnel projects into COZ’s micro-grant program. Event attendees will learn about the requirements for submitting a COZ micro-grant application, and how to define potential project proposals.
Developer Groups
COZ released an update to its Neo3 preview blockchain explorer. New features included support for viewing the Neo3 manifest feature as well as interactive type conversion for notifications.
NeoSPCC released an updated version of neo-go, a node and SDK for the Neo blockchain created in Golang. The release adds a monitoring dashboard and new RPC functionality to neo-go nodes, allowing them to be leveraged for remote interaction with the Neo MainNet in new ways.
NGD Seattle’s head of development, John deVadoss, and blockchain strategist, Peng Huang, co-authored an article on programming smart contracts in C# for the Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN).

November 11th, QLC Chain reported 77.9 million QLC NEP-5 tokens have been staked.
November 12th, Moonlight released its fortnightly report, which included the listing of the LX token on Nash Exchange, being added to State of the dApps and DappRadar, the conclusion of the first round of beta testing, and the implementation of support for three BIP standards.
November 13th, Jarvis+ released its fortnightly report, which highlighted updates to WeChat and AI functions, and attendance at the Second World Blockchain Conference in Wuzhen, China.
November 14th, Safepal announced the completion of NEO and NEP-5 token integration for its S1 wallet. To celebrate the integration, Safepal has partnered with Neo to launch an airdrop and reward campaign, with an equivalent of US $10,000 available in rewards.
November 14th, Alchemint released its monthly report for October 2019, which included developmental progress, token use statistics, and other noteworthy activities.
November 15th, Fishchain launched NeoFish as an application on the Facebook platform, claiming to be “the first blockchain game launched on Facebook.”
November 15th, THEKEY chairwoman and CEO, Ms Catherine Li, resigned from her position effective immediately due to “personal reasons.” Prof. Dr. Yidong King has assumed her position.
November 17th, Alphacat announced the launch of the desktop browser version of its ACAT Store, which provides access to financial applications to aid with cryptocurrency trading.
