During the two-day booth exhibition, Neo featured BlockSpirits, an engaging tap-and-play battle game developed by Neo’s developer community, COZ. This on-chain activation provided attendees with an interactive experience at the booth. More than 170 attendees were onboarded onto the Neo blockchain.

Additionally, Neo organized a side event with OKCoinJapan and Cointelegraph to enhance its presence among local Web3 entrepreneurs, KOLs, and major users. The team also attended OKCoinJapan’s rebranding party and the WEB3 After Party.

Neo X Grind Hackathon
Neo kickstarted the Neo X Grind Hackathon’s satellite phase in collaboration with three developer communities: Encode, RiseIn, and HackQuest, receiving over a hundred submissions.
Phase winners will be announced in October. Details for the final competition and the distribution of the $70,000 prize pool, along with over $22 million in support funds, will be shared on Neo’s social media. Stay tuned!

AI as a new frontier for Neo X
Neo awarded Assisterr, a Cambridge-based startup specializing in Artificial Intelligence, with $2,000 at the co-hosted BeWater AI Crypto Hackathon, planting the seeds for future collaboration.
Other AI projects now part of the Neo X ecosystem include Phoenix and AIgentX.
Further, Neo hosted a Twitter Space dedicated to exploring innovative AI applications in Web3.
New listings boost liquidity
On August 1st, the NEO/JPY trading pair was listed on OKCoinJapan, a fully regulated cryptocurrency exchange in Japan.
On September 5th, Coinbase Advanced introduced perpetual trading for NEO.
