In the announcement, the NF said, “as more Neo3 Preview versions become available, the current and new consensus nodes will gradually join the Neo3 TestNet.”

Road to Neo3
Neo News Today (NNT) launched a new series titled Road to Neo3, which aims to guide readers through the progress made by Neo core developers during the development of Neo3.
The first feature in the series consists of four articles on the design and implementation of the built-in oracle service. This past week, NNT released the first two articles.
The series began with a primer on oracles and their potential use cases, providing some context and goals for the native implementation under construction for Neo.
Following the introduction to oracles, the second article delved into oracle transactions, the most fundamental component of the oracle solution. It examined the proposed transaction structure and how these transactions are relayed through the network.
The next two articles in the Road to Neo3: Oracles series will be released the week of January 20th, 2020.
